A busy week last week at Paint Monster we had our annual service .. Cheeky but it was only on the Teknos tinting system. Graham of The Machine Guys came to service the Teknos tinting machine and mixer . The Teknos tint system backs up every night directly with Teknos HQ in England, any updates, new formulations etc .. are received overnight so every morning we are up and running and up to date. Graham stripped the machine down checking the pumps, canisters and lines making sure everything is Tickety Boo… There was one small issue which he rectified with a tightening of a nut and after that it he calibrated all the colourants to ensure accurate dispersion to ensure future colour accuracy. Seemingly like all machinery with use the tolerances can move slightly, within a few hours he had us back up and running with a clean bill of health for the next 12 months… Thank You Graham and Teknos for such reliability and prompt service..
