Description

Nour Traditional Microfibre Roller Sleeve is a premium quality roller sleeve that excels in paint pick-up and release while still leaving a smooth finish. This roller will also make painting feel like a breeze, we would recommend this roller as a roller that can be used on smooth to medium rough surfaces. The roller will deliver more paint to the surface and recommended for use as a first coat roller in conjunction with the Tiger stripe as more a finishing roller which delivers a lower paint film build. Lower paint film builds will dry to offer a more durable and resistant finish.

Nour Traditional Microfibre plus rollers are uniquely geared to professional painters and discerning DIY’ers. This premium quality microfibre has remarkable paint pick-up and release while providing a tight and smooth finish. Stiffer fibres allow for enhanced grip on the wall and resist matting. Nour Traditional Microfibre rollers are ready to use straight away, there is no
need to pre-wash or de-lint them before use.

A Brief History of Nour

Since the very beginning of Nour in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, they have been creating exceptional paint applicators. Mac Fleifel, a 2nd generation paint brush maker, opened his painting tools manufacturing business in 1978. The first premises were on Colby Drive in Waterloo, where Nour’s headquarters remain today.

Nour’s reputation as a manufacturer of quality paint applicators grew throughout Canada, which prompted the construction of a distribution facility in Coquitlam, British Columbia. This western expansion in 1981 transformed Nour into a nationwide supplier of paint applicators and greatly improved overall service to our customers in British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon. By 1983, Nour were manufacturing paint rollers in Waterloo, Canada. To this day, Nour wind their paint rollers by hand to ensure the utmost quality for roller covers.

The New Millennium

Growing international demand has reshaped Nour into a multinational Canadian business. To accommodate a strong growth in international sales, Nour opened distribution facilities in Lebanon and England in 1989. In 2000, Nour further solidified its multinational operations by inaugurating its first manufacturing facility in Egypt. By 2003, Nour had developed strong strategic partnerships in retail and distribution in the Australian, British, American and New Zealand market.

Nour introduced Brilliant Finish as an entry-level professional paint brush in 2006. The aim was to create a high performing tool at an affordable price in 2006. Brilliant Finish immediately found success amongst professional painters and DIYers becoming the number one best-selling paint brush line in all of Canada. Nour also began rolling out a new line of floor coating application tools in 2014.

By 2017, Nour had joined all the main buying groups for the paint channel in Canada and United States. This enables Nour to continuously expand their customer base and enhance relationships with existing customers.
