Description
Crown Trade Fastflow Quick Dry Satin is a water-based, long-lasting satin finish ideal for use on prepared interior and exterior joinery and metalwork. It has all the characteristics of a traditional solvent based satin, with the added benefits of a water based formulation, including quick drying and low odour. Fastflow Quick Dry Satin also provides excellent opacity and dries to a smooth attractive finish.
Preparation
- Ensure the surface is sound, clean, dry and free from any possible contaminates such as algae, grease, dirt, and dust.
- Crown Trade Fastflow Quick Dry Primer Undercoat should be used as a base coat. However, Crown Trade Fastflow Quick Dry Satin can be applied directly over a conventional satin system providing the surface is sound and thoroughly abraded prior to application.
- If a change of colour is required, Crown Trade Fastflow Quick Dry Primer Undercoat should be used.
- Previously painted surfaces should be thoroughly washed and abraded to provide a key, rinse with clean water and allow to dry.
- Further advice please refer to the Technical Data Sheet attached.
