Description
Crown Trade Full Gloss is a premium quality decorative and protective finish for use over prepared joinery and metal. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, this gloss paint boasts excellent gloss retention and dries to a hard wearing finish.
Preparation
- Ensure the surface is sound, clean, dry and free from any possible contaminates such as algae, grease, dirt, and dust.
- Bare or friable surfaces should be primed with the appropriate Crown Trade Primer.
- Existing paintwork in sound condition should be washed down with a warm water solution detergent and abraded.

Application
- Stir Crown Trade Full Gloss well before use.
- Apply by brush or roller to an even thickness (a fine, soft long filament bristle brush gives best results).
- Maintain a wet edge.
- On timber lay off in the direction of the grain.
- Always intermix packs for colour consistency. Please check for colour accuracy prior to application.Â
NOTE: Crown products are formulated to the highest quality, however recent changes made to meet the reduced solvent levels required by current legislation may in certain circumstances, such as lack of daylight, lead to white and very pale colours yellowing over time.
Safety

- Take special precautions during the surface preparation of pre 1960’s painted surfaces as they may contain harmful lead.
- When preparing all surfaces avoid the inhalation of dust and/or metal particles. Wear a suitable facemask.
-  Store in secure dry conditions between 5°C and 40°C and inaccessible to children or animals.
- Containers should be kept closed during storage.
- Do not empty into drains, watercourses or access routes to septic tanks.
