QTech Q-tector Spray Pump Conditioner is a complete cleaning system for use with airless, air assisted airless or spray pot guns where water based coatings are used it is used during the final rinse, it deposits a lubricating barrier which keeps spray pumps in peak operating condition and protects against corrosion rust and wear. Improves the life expectancy of packing’s and bearings within the spray pump it is ideal for all makes of spray equipment, it is safe to leave in the machine for long periods of time and is effective down as low as minus 32°C

Q-tector Spray Pump Conditioner is simply and easy to use follow the instructions to dilute in to water and after the clean down of your spray pump run the clean water containing the Q-Tector Pump Conditioner through the system to the spray gun then on re-circulation making sure the spray pump conditioner is completely run through the system. This will prevent any paint residue form hardening in the system preventing the piston bearing from sticking, it will prevent paint drying in the lines and system which may break away when next in use causing trouble with Tritech airless spray tip blockages.
