Zeroflame Fire Protection was established in 1976, as the Hamron Group, we sold specialist paints and coatings for structural fire protection. Over the years the company became a leader in this highly specialist field with our products being specified in many building projects, from the simple dwelling house to highly prestigious developments throughout Ireland and abroad.

Zeroflame Fire Retardant Treatment is revolutionary is an understatement. Never before has there been such a simple product to use for the protection of timber against fire!

Where to use:
  • For solid timber
  • Externally – log cabins, timber cladding, fencing, garages, sheds, saunas, etc.
  • Internally – timber ceilings, wall panelling, tongue & groove, staircases, floors, etc
  • Commercial and domestic environments

 

Zeroflame Fire Retardant Paint is one of the most versatile fire protection coatings available on the market.
It has been successfully tested in accordance with BS EN13501-1:2007 on timber and timber derived surfaces.  It can be applied over sound existing coatings and can even be over-coated with water borne, non-flammable paints where a decorative finish is required.  Added to this, it is easier to achieve a smooth finish with Zeroflame Fire Retardant Paint than with many competitive products. 
Where to use:
  • Timber, tongue & groove, masonry, plaster, plaster board, MDF, over sound existing coatings, etc.
  • Commercial and domestic environments, including: airports, restaurants, railways stations, housing, flats, shopping centres, community housing, ceilings, etc.
  • On internal surfaces only

 

Fire resistant AquaSteel WB+ intumescent coating provides an easier and more efficient alternative to cladding steel members in plasterboard.

  • Where to use On primed structural steel members in all standard steel sizes and profiles
  • All domestic and commercial properties, loft conversions, extension, etc.
  • Internal use only
Protection achieved:
  • Achieves both 30 mins and 60 mins fire resistance
  • Tested to British Standard – BS476 Part 21:1987.  Suitable for C1 and C2 environments.
